French-based giant Accorhotels dominate hotel business in Bali Island

Tinuku ~ French giants dominate the hotel business in Bali, Accorhotels record list owner operator the right to manage five-star hotel in the most beautiful island. Research by Colliers International Indonesia noted business group into accommodation facilities for 19 five-star hotel operator in the paradise island until March 2017.

Colliers International Indonesia report French hotel giant has dominated the hotel business in Bali. Accorhotels operates five hotels classified as five-star, has eight hotels classified as four-star and six hotels with three-star classification spread on the island.

Paris-based multinational companies hold 20 hotel brands of the budget or economy class to luxury worldwide. Accorhotels recorded manage 4,100 hotels in 95 countries in March 2017 and earned revenues of 5,631 million euros in 2016.

The second position largest hotel operator list in Bali is Marriott International with 10 hotels and entirely classified as five-star hotel. Giant founded by J Willard and Alice Marriott based in Maryland has operated more than 6,000 hotels in 122 countries and revenue for 2016 is 17 billion US dollars.

Tauzia Management ranks third list which operates six hotels classified as four-star and the fifth is Swiss-belhotel International which operates five hotels classified as four-star and one hotel classified as three star.

The fifth position is Achipelago which holds one hotel classified as five-star, three four-star hotels and one hotel classified as a three star, while InteContinental Hotels Group (IHG) manages one hotel classified as five-star, two four-star hotels, and two three-star hotels.
