Tata Motors and Tokopedia.com collaborate online spare parts service

Tinuku ~ Tata Motors and Tokopedia cooperate to market genuine spare parts. PT. Tata Motors Distribution Indonesia (TMDI) as the agent of the Tata Motors brand in Indonesia made its online service debut by cooperating with Tokopedia to make it easier for Tata Motors customers to buy genuine parts online.

A collaboration of the digital era for the first time automotive manufacturers utilize online store companies to distribute parts. The signing cooperation of Tata Motors and Tokopedia officially on Tuesday April 25, 2017, a sign of the commencement of Tata Online Parts Shop (TOPS) in Tokopedia.com.

TOPS is an online sales program for genuine spare parts from Tata managed by Tata Motors dealers throughout Indonesia. Official store facilitates and accelerates the sale and distribution of Tata genuine spare parts without having to build outlets.

Over 300 items of Tata product spares are available at the official store and will gradually increase. All spare parts available on official store are original products, exactly as they are installed in every Tata Motors vehicle.

"The price is same all over the place. TOPS official store will be managed by PT Java Motor, the official distributor of TMDI spare parts," said TMDI President Director Biswadev Sengupta.

Tata announced for all purchases through TOPS official store is free shipping within the promo period for one year. Tata Motors is intensely working with Java Motors to ensure delivery of genuine spare parts of Tata Motors will be made on the same day and includes a warranty for all purchase orders.

"We will continue to make consumers more able to save Tata maintenance costs and customers can repay the payment for up to 12 months at no additional cost with a choice of 16 major banks in Indonesia," Biswaev said.
