Tinuku ~ Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) bring design play high line towers The Eleventh. Project Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas and condominiums at 76 Eleventh Avenue which is now running with support HFZ Capital Group.

A pair rotating towers in New York located between the High Line and Hudson River with skyscrapers design geometry. BIG architecture respecting modern structure of classical and cultural institutions, but has external display on rotating structure.

US$ 1.9 billion project pair towers is home to 137 luxurious rooms Six Senses Hotel and Spa which is supported by HFZ Capital Group. A polished unusual in project history, a hotel but later turned partly into office suite space.

Design two buildings covering stone and metal facade with towering window at total each height of 300 and 400 feet (91 and 122 meters). The tower has 360-degree panorama of high line, hudson river and downtown Manhattan.

East tower as five star hotel, spa and offers private luxury homes. Meanwhile, the higher west tower fully dedicated to 240 condominium units. The open air public area for pedestrians adjacent to elevated park.

Twin towers include total of 950,000 square feet and add new profile to Manhattan skyline. Management space also presents planned retail room occupies 90,000 square feet. Completion projected for The Eleventh in 2018.
