Tinuku ~ SongEun ArtSpace gallery presents the works of Agustinus 'Jompet' Kuswidananto during a joint exhibition entitled "The Man who Fell Into Art: Collecting as a form of Personal Narrative", October 13 until December 10, 2016 in Seoul.

Kuswidananto create ghosts and faceless soldiers who stood under the command and organized. A formula for Indonesia, a nation of 250 million people spread over 13,000 islands, hundreds of languages spoken in, undergo violent history and socio-political conflict vertically and horizontally.

The work titled "The Third Realm (Venice Series)" and "Words" is series of installation art works and performance art that became Kuswidananto field coverage. Impressive works featuring objects sculpture in pieces without bodies.

"The third reality is the reality of hybrid consisting of mixture many elements to the contrary, unfinished, half the work, confusing and transition or luminal," said Kuswidananto.

Kuswidananto interpretation brings manifold bodies that grow or change and the need to continually develop new reality as strategy for negotiating tension binary competition affecting Indonesia.

Kuswidananto currently active in the Ark Galerie studio based in Yogyakarta with Wimo Ambala Bayang, Wedhar Riyadi, Tromarama, Eko Nugroho, Dewa Gede Ratayoga and Melati Suryodarmo under director Alia Swastika.

Joint exhibition at SongEun ArtSpace gallery also presents Wishnu Auri, Wimo Ambala Bayang, Duto Hardono, Melati Suryodarmo, Aditya Novali, Eko Nugroho, Albert Yonathan Setyawan and Tromarama.
