Tinuku ~ MVRDV studio designed the Y-shaped villa with corner of the roof to serve the pool. Dutch architectural company has announced plans to build a house with Y-shaped crown to the pool in Northeast Tainan, Taiwan.

MVRDV studio designed a Y-shaped house such as sculpture 330 square meters will be constructed of concrete material with large round holes in the exterior walls, interior partitions and floors as window to provide natural lighting systems from sunlight.

The living room is located on the top floor where the glass windows in the roof offers view into the pool and allow light dappled sunlight that permeates the water and penetrates the interior. Ultraviolet light also feed on living plants as interior decoration.

"House Y will be focal point that gives the identity of pretentious and easily recognizable from distance," said the designers.

The locker room and solarium located on the opposite side of the dining room or one level below. Stairs at both ends to follow the angle of Y with curved path leading to the roof. The forms of furniture are integrated harmoniously as a whole architectural design.

"A landmark with concrete facade has circular window to create light-filled experience with furniture that is integrated into the interior space," said designers.

The bedrooms are located on the lower level, including master suite, two children's rooms and guest bedrooms. A garden will be created around building that is designed in accordance with the Feng Shui principles into system to create harmony between the objects.

The park around the building includes pool, lawns, trees are not too high, the car park and decorated with stepping stones round and bridge over the water. Wire fence surrounds the rectangular-shaped area of land.
