Limasan architecture has a typical structure of a rectangular shape and conical upward, clay roof tiles, wooden bones and the roof cover interior using the woven bamboo. Guests in the room can see the timbers supporting the roof are lined up as artistic.

The outdoor swimming pool to share a room with wooden plank floor terrace and facing directly into the ocean. Asymmetrically shaped swimming pool design utilizes the space at the front and construction use natural stones arranged like works of patchwork.

An outdoor bathroom surrounded styled like a garden of flowers and palm trees. Shower was placed on a tower using materials exposed brick and the floor with a pile of nature stones patchwork and formed flat.
