Tinuku ~ Volocopter 2X is a Vertical Take-off and Landing (VTOL) of pure electric-powered and low-noise to serve air taxi. A German startup e-Volo GmbH taking debut electric VTOL at AERO in Friedrichshafen, Germany, 5 to 8 April 2017, with a new version multicopter two seats for daily use as the development of VC200 prototype.

e-Volo designing Volocopter 2X as an ultralight aircraft and expects certification as Sport Aircraft under the category of a new type as "Multicopter" in Germany next year. Sporty design is glass door, comfortable cockpit with two seats for adults, optional leather upholstery, low rotor noise and battery replacement systems in just a few minutes.

V2X designed to be easy to fly, automatic control, emission-free and has a low noise output as the passenger transportation in air taxi commercial. Volocopter development with four seats is one of the next steps in process.

Hybrid drones and helicopters use 18 rotor took the first passenger flight last year. The plane stood two meters, built using composite fiber materials, carry up to nine lithium-ion battery packs, touchscreen and joystick controls become part of future transportation technology.

"Low tolerance of failure, the concept of redundancy, emission-free and low-noise operation marks an important advantage over other VTOL aircraft," said e-Volo.

Ultralight aircraft designed not only as a sport plane, but also a demonstrator for future urban mobility system. In 2018 the first Volocopter 2X models with special permission is set to be used as air taxi in the pilot project. Technology also allows for autonomous flight.
