Tinuku ~ Kreisel Electric GmbH announced electric supercar EVEX 910e as the modernization of the iconic Porsche 910 to adjust future developments. The designers replace combustion-based engine with electric-based machine into a world-actualization demands to bring the EV racing car as a Porsche retro classic and stay in aesthetic touch.

Kreisel Evex 910e is an electric sports car in 1960 style designed by Kreisel Electric is an engineering company based in Freistadt Austria and Evex is a company that makes replicas of Porsche 910. Kreisel Evex design has the look of a classic Porsche, but a modern electric powertrain sits in it.

“Almost 50 years after this vehicle type participated in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the electromobility specialist has completely converted a Porsche 910, turning it into an electrified supercar,“ says Kreisel Electric.

“With the Porsche 910 sports car fitted with a 2-litre flat-6-engine, the two German race drivers Rolf Stommelen and Jochen Neerpasch achieved the sixth place in the overall ranking at the World Sportscar Championship 1967 in Le Mans,“ said Kreisel.



Porsche 910 produced only 35 units and exclusively for the racing circuit. The interest of collectors to the original vehicle is very large and Evex rebuilt in 1970 as EVEX Porsche 910 and only four classic supercar has been produced to this day.

Kreisel Electric develop electric powertrain, automobile consultant and build some modifications vehicles such as electric Mercedes-Benz G-Class to Arnold Schwarzenegger. Porsche 910 racing car design debuted in 1966, has firm place in the 24 Hours Le Mans in 1967 and won the Nürburgring.

Kreisel Evex 910e uses 490 horsepower electric motor and placed on the rear wheels produce acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and top speed of over 300 kilometers per hour. A 53kWh lithium-ion battery to reach 350 kilometers, two-speed automatic transmission has gear ratio of 8.16 and 4.67.

“In cooperation with the Evex Fahrzeugbau GmbH this vehicle is available as a limited edition. The price for the first purchasable electric car by Kreisel: one million Euros,“ said Kreisel.
