BCA bank launched cash withdrawal without a card

Tinuku ~ BCA developed the cash withdrawal without a card feature. Bank Central Asia Tbk is developing a facility to withdraw cash without a card through BCA's mobile banking service (klikbca.com) to make it easy for customers and no longer need to be confused forgetting to bring the card through Automatic Teller Machine (ATM).

BCA bank is taking an important step to embrace digital technology. One of the largest banks in Indonesia launched a new service allows customers to withdraw cash directly using ATMs without a card.

"The Bank is consistently upgrading its capabilities and developing a digital-based platform infrastructure," said Martinus Robert Winata, BCA's senior vice president of Transaction Banking Product Development Division in an official statement on Wednesday 31 May 2017.

"We are designing a cardless cash withdrawal feature. If your wallet is not carried away or is not carrying cash while traveling, BCA customers now only use BCA mobile application to get cash at BCA's ATM," said Martinus.

Customers only update the latest version of the BCA mobile app via the App Store platform on the iPhone and Play Store platforms on Android devices. Log in to m-BCA on activated BCA mobile, access cash withdrawal menu, select denomination and get cash withdrawal code.

Then visit the BCA's ATM which has a cardless transaction menu at the bottom right of the screen, then select BCA mobile. Enter the cash withdrawal code and soon the cash will be on hand.

BCA (IDX: BBCA) officially established February 1957 is one of the largest banks in Indonesia. Much has been done in this bank since the day it was established. The most significant event was the monetary crisis that occurred in 1997, but the bank survived and grew even faster.

The company is most actively developing digital technology. BCA's mobile banking transactions rose 33 percent to 786 million transactions in 2016. As of March 31, 2017, BCA's mobile banking transactions have reached 244.8 million transactions worth Rp214.7 trillion.
