CRRC Zhuzhou operates the first driverless and railless railway

Tinuku ~ CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co. Ltd. has officially operated an autonomous railway or autonomous rail rapid transit (ART) rails. The Chinese railway company introduced a self-contained train that followed the lines of paint, not rails. The world's first driverless and railless trains operate in Zhuzhou, Hunan province of Central China.

CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive built a 30-meter-long autonomous railway as a smart rail express system and runs on rubber tires over paint stripes.

The mode of transport uses sensors that work by reading the dimensions of the road and plotting their own route. Paint lines on the road as a virtual rail for the train.

The futuristic design of public transport ran at 70 kilometers per hour and brought up to 500 passengers as a new option to meet modern transportation.

Eco-friendly trains powered by electricity. CRRC first started designing the ART system in 2013 and will serve first in Zhuzhou city.

Autonomous rail rapid transit allows small companies to operate low-cost transport systems. Investors do not need to build tracks, drivers, and fuel.
