Hyperloop One mentions nine routes across Europe

Tinuku ~ Hyperloop One calls nine routes in Europe. A sophisticated transport startup reveals the route to go through if this type of transport system can be developed in Europe. Co-founder and executive chairman of Hyperloop One, Shervin Pishevar, described this in a statement in Amsterdam on Tuesday.

Previously Hyperloop held a global competition which routes are most benefited by this transportation system. Nine routes emerged into the competition's semifinals. The usage proposal could connect 75 million people in 44 cities and cut the distance to 5,000 kilometers across Europe.

One of the route networks will be in Germany connecting Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich. Other routes will range in the UK from London to Glasgow in Scotland. In addition, this sophisticated transportation can also be run from Madrid in Spain to Tangier in Morocco.

"We have a lot of exciting things here and we are looking for partnerships to develop the transport infrastructure of the continent," said Hyperloop One Chief executive officer Rob Lloyd.

Hyperloop One has also recently said 11 possible routes are built in the United States. The company has already built a test infrastructure in Las Vegas, the US for 500 kilometers. Experimental facilities have also been built in the Netherlands.

Sophisticated transport systems using supersonic tubes and speeds were first proposed four years ago by Elon Musk who is currently CEO of Tesla and SpaceX. Musk shows how a magnetically run tube can run a pod of people in super speed.

Prolonged road congestion, air pollution continues to emerge, and the human need for transportation means that encourages technology developers to continue to innovate. One of them by generating the concept of transportation using passenger capsules.
