Mumbai Metro One's detailed facilities available in Google Maps

Tinuku ~ Mumbai Metro One Pvt Ltd (MMOPL) is collaborating with Google Maps to deliver authentic schedules and related geographical details across all Metro stations on the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar route. The Google Maps app gives travel timing and helps commuters plan their trips to reach their destination faster.

"We diligently explore all ways to make commuters travel smooth and comfortable, and the Google Maps relationship adds another step to digitize Mumbai Metro One," said a company spokesman.

Passengers on the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar metro line will no longer have to wait long on the platform for their train. Passengers can now check train schedules for 12 real time stations on an app and plan their trip.

Users can take advantage of Metro Service Options to open a departure board that displays the schedule of some sub Metro services from stations in both directions. The app also features facilities such as stairs, escalators, lifts, ticket booths on all of the train network.

"We are committed to providing the best service to Mumbaikars and will continue to explore other avenues to provide world-class services," the spokesman said.

"The Google Map points to the train location based on the schedule we have given our train tracked 99.9 percent of the time and no chance of misinformation," the spokesman said.

Commuter can also use Google Map to get information about other facilities available at the station. When someone zooms in the area of the station on the map will find an ATMs and delicatessen.
