Revolution Precrafted raised Serie B funds for first Philippine unicorn

Revolution Precrafted is rumored to garner a Series B funding led by K2 VC for an undisclosed amount of money to start as a unicorn. Manila-based real estate and property startups have reached a major milestone as a prefabricated design service platform for home developers with valuations in excess of US$1 billion.

Revolution Precrafted is rumored to have increased valuations in excess of US$1 billion and became one of the fastest startup unicorns in Southeast Asia. Previous funding in the Series A round in March raised US$15.4 million led by 500 Startups on a US$250 million valuation.

Startup was founded by Jose Roberto "Robbie" Antonio in December 2015 which has a family environment that accumulates wealth in real estate. Antonio is a voracious collector of artworks and behind billions of projects with big names like Forbes Media, Armani, Versace Home, Paris Hilton and Trump.

Revolution Precrafted sells prefab homes by renowned architects and designers such as Zaha Hadid, David Salle, Tom Dixon, and Marcel Wanders. The online plarform allows buyers to book a residence for an average price of US$120,000 and shipped anywhere in the world in at least 90 days.

The startup will disrupt the design industry and real estate through lower prices and use the latest technology. Antonio said in a statement that investors are keen to invest since the beginning because of the unique real estate business model and its growth progression.

"We are delighted to be the fastest growing startups in the Philippines. Fact, we are a very attractive asset to investors," Antonio said.
