Fynd Fashion raised Series C funding led by Google

GoFynd.com raises the C Series funding led by Google. The Mumbai-based fashion e-commerce company operated by Shopsense Retail Technologies Pvt. Ltd. also sees the participation of existing investors, including Kae Capital, IIFL, Singularity Ventures, GrowX, Tracxn Labs, Venture Catalyst, Patni family office and Axis Capital.

The Fynd e-commerce platform that allows offline retailers to sell online has increased the amount of funds kept secret in the Google-led C Series rounds. The company said it will use the latest round of funding to allow the platform to increase consumer engagement and retailers in a better way.

Fynd was founded by Farooq Adam, Sreeraman M.G. and Harsh Shah to provide omni-channel retail products to physical stores that allow stores to list their entire channel inventory in the online e-commerce marketplace. Currently, Fynd works with around 300 offline retailers and picks up 20-25% as commissions depending on shipping costs and other metrics.
